RRB Group D:

Indian Railways conducts this exam for recruiting its group D employees. It is one of the easy government exams to crack in India. Indian Railways is the largest employer in India with 14 lakh employees and ranks eighth in the world. Every year, openings are available for the positions of cabin man, welder, gatekeeper, etc. which falls in the Group D category. The employees for this position are recruited based on this examination. Two stages of the testing are involved, namely a computerized test and a physical efficiency test. The written test comprises 100 questions and each question carries one mark. No negative marking scheme is considered in the exam. The syllabus of the paper includes general English, numerical ability, general intelligence, and general awareness.

The staff selection commission is the organizing board of SSC MTS.
